Listing kits ($49, or $29 on the plan)
- Before we start: changed your mind? Email us and we'll refund you in full.
- Fixes are free: if something in your kit is wrong (a price, a name, spelling, photo order), tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no charge.
- If we can't make it right: if we can't fix a real problem with your kit, we'll refund that listing.
- Your first listing kit is free, so there's nothing to refund.
Monthly plan ($19 founding / $29)
- Cancel anytime by emailing support@monarchlisting.com. Your plan stops before your next renewal, and you won't be charged again.
- We don't give partial refunds for the rest of a month you've already paid for. Your plan benefits continue until the end of that month.
- If we didn't deliver your videos for a month because of a problem on our side, we'll refund that month.
- The founding price ($19/month) is kept as long as your plan stays active without a break. If you cancel and join again later, the regular price applies.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first; we'll sort it out quickly.
