Who we are

Monarch Listings (monarchlisting.com) is operated by Michael Petrullo, doing business as Monarch Web & Software, in California. This policy explains what we collect when you use Monarch Listings and what we do with it. Contact: support@monarchlisting.com.

What we collect

• Sign-up and profile: your name, email, phone, brokerage, website, DRE license number, headshot, logo, your voice recording (if you add one), your narrator choice, your consent record, and a hashed (scrambled) version of your PIN.
• Listings: the property details and photos you send, and the videos and flyers we make for you.
• Payments: Stripe handles your card. We receive your email, what you bought, the amount, and Stripe's customer and subscription IDs. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical: a cookie that remembers your page on your device, your IP address (to stop abuse, such as too many sign-ups or wrong PINs), and whether our emails were delivered.

How we use it

• To make and deliver your listing kits and monthly videos.
• To email you about your account: your page link, "your kit is ready," receipts, and a follow-up a few days after a kit is delivered about our monthly plan. To stop non-essential emails, just reply and tell us.
• To take payments, prevent abuse, and keep the service working.

We use your headshot and voice to make an AI avatar and AI voice only with your consent, and only for your own videos.

Who helps us (service providers)

We share only what each one needs to do its job for us:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and file storage
• Stripe: payments
• Resend: sending our emails
• ElevenLabs: AI voice and narration
• HeyGen: AI avatar videos
• Telegram: private alerts to us when you sign up, send a listing or pay

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Listing photos and finished files: we may delete them about 90 days after your kit is delivered, so please download your files.
• Your profile, avatar and voice: while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you, or to withdraw your AI avatar and voice consent. Email support@monarchlisting.com and we'll answer within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking. California residents have these rights under California law, and we offer them to everyone.

Security and children

We protect your page with a private link and PIN, use encrypted connections (https), and limit who can see your files. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your link and PIN private. Monarch Listings is for real estate professionals and isn't meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and we'll email plan members about important changes.
